摘要
在对国内有关山西科技创新能力评价结果和综合科技进步水平综合分析的基础上,指出科技投入不足、高层次科技人才缺乏、企业技术创新能力不强、高新技术产业化步伐进展缓慢是影响山西科技创新能力的主要因素,并提出提高山西科技创新能力的对策措施。
Based on some domestic relevant evaluating results of Shanxi＇s sci-tech innovation capacity the synthetical analysis on Shanxi＇s comprehensive technological progress level,this paper points out that the insufficient investment in science and technology,the lack of high-level scientific and technological personnel,the poor technological innovation capacity of enterprise and the slow progress of high-tech industrialization are the main factors influencing Shanxi＇s ci-tech innovation capacity,and puts forward some corresponding measures for improving Shanxi＇s ci-tech innovation capacity.
