摘要
2010年,山西省委、省政府提出了转型发展、跨越发展,再造一个新山西的战略目标,启动建设国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区。阐述了在转型综改试验区建设统领下"十二五"中期山西科技建设情况,梳理了科技建设总体情况,着重分析了重点任务推进情况和政策措施强化情况。
The Provincial Party committee and Provincial Government of Shanxi put forward the strategic goat oi re- building a new Shanxi through transformation development and leaping development in 2010, starting the construction of National comprehensive reform pilot area of resource-based economy transformation. This paper expounds Shanxi＇ s sci - tech construction situation under the guidance of the construction of transformation comprehensive reform pilot area, reviews the general situation of sci-tech construction, and emphatically analyzes the promoting situation of key tasks and strengthening situation of policy measures.
