摘要
目的观察牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者的疗效。方法测定常规降糖治疗的糖尿病合并牙周炎患者(对照组)和以牙周基础治疗者(实验组)治疗前、后的PLI、PD、AL、BI、FPG和HbA1c。结果实验组治疗后PD、AL、PLI、BI、FPG、HbA1c低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗可减轻牙周炎症,并改善糖代谢。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of initial periodontal therapy in diabetic patients with periodontitis.Methods PLI,PD,AL,BI,FPG and HbA1c were measured in control group and experimental group before and after treatment.Results In experimental group,PD,AL,PLI,BI,FPG,HbA1c were lower than before treatment and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Initial periodontal therapy is helpful for periodontitis and glucose metabolism.
