摘要
目的:探讨综合护理对于糖尿病合并牙周炎的临床合理效果及应用价值。方法:选择我院治疗的糖尿病合并牙周炎患者130例,按照随机分组分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予综合护理干预,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后全口牙的菌斑指数、牙周探诊出血指数、牙周探诊深度与牙周附着水平均较对照组治疗后降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白浓度改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病引发牙周炎的患者在西医常规治疗的基础上给予积极有效的综合护理干预措施,可以改善牙周疾病的进展,缓解疾病的进程,让患者保持口腔健康的功能并提高生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Objective= To explore clinical effectiveness and value of integrated care for diabetes and periodontitis rational. Methods= A total of130 cases hospitalized diabetic patients with periodontitis were randomized into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group had conventional treatment, while observation group were give comprehensive nursing intervention based on conventional treatment. Results= After treatment, full mouth dental plaque index , bleeding on probing , probing depth and periodontal attachment level of the observation group decreased significantly than of the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, improvements in fasting blood glucose, post- prandial 2h plasma glucose, glycated hemoglobin concentration were greater than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions= Integrated care interventions based on conventional treatment can improve the prognosis of diabetes-induced periodontitis maintain oral health and improve patients＇ life quality, it＇s worthv of aDMication in clinical practice.
