摘要
创新教育教学质量的提高离不开创新教学评价体系的构建,加强教学评价工作,客观、公正、全面地评价教学工作,有利于调动教师的"教"和学生的"学"两个积极性,从而提高教学质量。本文拟就构建创新教育教学评价体系的意义、原则、当前教学评价存在的问题以及构建创新教育教学评价体系应把握的问题进行了深入的阐述,旨在提高创新教育教学评价的有效性与科学性的途径。
Innovative teaching quality of higher education could not break away from building on the teaching appraisal system.Strengthening evaluation work of teaching,we must evaluate teaching work objectively,fairly and comprehensively,and mobilize the teacher＇s ＂teaching＂ and students＇ ＂learning＂,thus improving the quality of instruction.This article intends to build up innovation in educational system of evaluation of current education assessment,principles and problems and to build the creative educational system of evaluation.We should grasp the issue in depth,promote innovation and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching in a scientific way.
