摘要
2008~2009年在中国黑龙江省各主要水稻产区采集稻瘟病标样,共分离得到356个单孢菌株。采用全国统一的7个鉴别寄主共鉴定出7群34个中国小种。其中ZA、ZC和ZB为黑龙江省稻区的主要优势小种群,其出现频率分别为34.83%,19.38%和16.57%。ZB1是优势小种,其出现频率为9.27%,其次是ZC1(5.62%),再次是ZA1(5.06%)、ZA33(5.06%)和ZA49(5.06%)。从总体上看,不同地区稻瘟病菌主要生理小种的类型及其组成不同。
Total 356 of rice blast fungus, Pyricularia oryzae, were collected in Chinese Heilongjiang Province, and 34 physiological races in seven groups were indentified by using seven differential rice varieties from 2008 to 2009. The results showed that ZA, ZC and ZB were the dominant groups, with the average frequencies of 34.83%, 19.38% and 16.57%, respectively. The race ZB1 was the dominant race with the average frequency of 9.27%. Secondly, the average frequency of the race ZC1 was 5.62%. Moreover, the average frequencies of the races ZA1, ZA33 and ZA48 were all 5.06%. On the whole, the types and compositions of the physiological races were different in different areas.
