摘要
稻瘟病菌研究是探索变异稻瘟病发生规律和确定防治策略的基础性工作,在前期工作的基础上,2002～2003年测定了53个单孢菌株致病类型,测定出湖北省稻区稻瘟病菌生理小种为5群27个小种,生理小种群多为籼型小种群,其中以ZA群为主,并分析了各生理小种在地区、寄主品种上的分布情况。
Identification of rice blast fungi race is a basic research. This paper indicates that there are 5 groups (27 kinds) races, and group ZA is still a prevailing group in Hubei Province , by testing 53 isolates and on the base of the past research. This paper also analyzes the reason of rice blast emergence, and its distribution in geographic regions and host plants.
