摘要
运用MATLAB软件编制了含硫化铁结核工况下的采煤机滚筒瞬时负载变化规律生成程序,并模拟采煤机滚筒缺齿时的瞬时负载情况,发现缺齿时滚筒受力增大22.37%,载荷波动系数平均增大21.63%。利用ADAMS、ANSYS软件建立采煤机截割部刚柔耦合虚拟样机系统,将得到的两套滚筒瞬时负载文本文件分别导入到虚拟样机系统中进行仿真,分析出滚筒缺齿对采煤机截割部影响巨大,甚至导致截割部行星传动系统的强度、动态刚度不足,进而影响采煤机使用寿命。
Based on the coal seam containing pyrites and thin,simulated the program of the momentary load of the roller by the implementation of MATLAB.Further,worked out the program of the momentary load of the roller with a cutting pick lost,fund that one pick lost made the force withstand by the roller increased 22.37% and the load fluctuation coefficient increased 19.67%,the coupled rigid-flexible virtual prototype model of shearer's cutting unit which was built by ADAMS and ANSYS,imported the two kinds of load text on the virtual prototype model and simulated.The cutting pick lost have a enormous influence on shearer,even lead to the planetary transmission of the cutting unit insufficient in strength and stiffness.Reduce the life of the shearer.
