基于自然γ射线探测原理的煤层厚度测量精度优化方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 准确识别煤岩界面是实现采煤机全自动化控制的关键技术。通过测量综采工作面的自然γ射线辐射强度可以得到采煤机截割煤层后剩余煤层厚度。为减少由于自然γ射线计数波动导致的随机误差,提高煤层厚度监测仪传感器对剩余煤层厚度探测精度,重点研究了自然γ射线测量统计分布规律及自然γ射线测量误差的分布规律,并给出了测量误差公式。利用测量误差公式分析了随采煤机一起运动的探测器连续放射性测量所造成的测量误差。最后根据误差公式提出了降低测量误差的方法,并对不同的方法进行了分析研究。 Accurate identification of coal rock interface is the key technology to realizefull automatic control of shearer.By measuring the natural gas content of fully mechanized working faceγThe remaining thickness of coal seam after shearer cutting coal seam can be obtained from the radiation intensity.In order to reduce due to natureγThe random error caused by the fluctuation of ray counting can improve the detection accuracy of the sensor of coal seam thickness monitor for the remaining coal seam thickness.This paper focuses on the study of natureγStatistical distribution law of ray measurement and its natural distributionγThe distribution law of the measurement error of X-ray and the measurement error formula are given.The measurement error caused by the continuous radioactivity measurement of the detector moving with the shearer is analyzed by using the measurement error formula.According to the error formula,the methods to reduce the measurement error are put forward,and different methods are analyzed and studied.
