基于有功功率微变检测的采煤机煤岩识别系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对综采工作面采煤机截割过程中的煤岩识别问题,对煤岩信号的检测与识别进行了研究,采用有功功率微变信号反馈、放大分析与信号输出的闭环控制方法,以可编程序控制器PLC为硬件开发平台,设计并研发了基于有功功率微变检测的煤岩识别系统,对有功功率微变信号的检测与采集方法和煤岩识别分析方法进行了研究,并采用实验室模拟截割系统进行验证。研究结果表明,基于有功功率微变检测的采煤机煤岩识别系统,能够根据有功功率的微小变化进行快速的煤岩识别,调整悬臂和滚筒的高度,有效避开矸石和断层,具有非常好的动态性能和静态性能,大大提高了综采工作面采煤机的工作效率。 Aiming at the problem of coal-rock regognition in cutting process of fully mechanized coal face shearer, detection and identifica-tion of coal and rock signal were studied by closed loop control method of active power amplifier, signal feedback analysis and signal output slightly changed, using the programmable controller PLC as the hardware platform, the design and development of coal and rock the recogni-tion system based on active power differential detection of active power, weak signal detection and acquisition method and coal rock identifi-cation analysis method was studied, and the laboratory simulation cutting system for verification. The results show that the active power micro detection of shearer coal coal rock recognition system can identify quickly according to the small changes based on active power adjustment,and the height of the cantilever roller, effectively avoid the gangue and fault, has very good dynamic performance and static energy, greatly improving the fully mechanized working face of coal mining machine work efficiency.
