摘要
婚检对提高出生人口素质,减少出生缺陷与残疾发生具有十分重要的作用。此外,婚检在控制和预防重大传染病与严重遗传病方面也有着不可代替的作用。中国自强制婚检取消后,各地的婚检率急剧下降。通过调查,公民不去参加婚检的原因主要分为两个方面:主观因素和对婚检的错误认识。因此,必须加大宣传力度,提高公民婚检的积极性。
Premarital examination has a very important role in improving the quality of premarital births and reducing the occurrence of birth defects and disabilities. In addition, premarital examination in the control and prevention of major infec- tious diseases and serious genetic disease also has an irreplaceable role. Since the abolition of mandatory premarital in Chi- na, premarital around the dramatic has been declined in rates. Through investigation, two reasons {or citizens not to participate in premarital： in charge of premarital factors and misconceptions. Therefore, we must step up publicity to raise the enthusiasm of citizens decided to opt out.
