摘要
介绍了多变量统计分析技术中的主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析3种方法,并就其在白酒风味特征研究中的应用进行了可行性和有效性的验证。
Three methods of multivariate statistical analysis technology including principal components analysis, cluster analysis, and discriminant analysis were introduced in this paper. And the feasibility and the validity of their application in the research on liquor flavor characteristics were verified.
