摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱联用对白酒中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的分析方法。样品用正己烷提取,经HP-5ms毛细管色谱柱分离,采用多反应监测扫描模式(Multiple Reaction Monitoring,MRM),以保留时间和定性离子碎片丰度定性,外标法定量。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis method was established for 16 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in Chinese Baijiu.The sample was extracted with n-hexane,separated by HP-5 ms capillary chromatography column,using multiple reaction monitoring scan mode(MRM),qualitatively based on retention time and qualitative ion fragment abundance,and quantified by external standard method.
