摘要
目的探讨肾动静脉畸形的临床和影像学表现,提高诊断及介入治疗水平。方法回顾性分析我院经手术或血管造影证实9例AVM患者的临床和影像学资料,结合参考文献并进行介入治疗。结果 MSCT-3D及DSA技术对动静脉畸形的诊断具有重要价值,并能为治疗提供依据,介入治疗临床效果满意。结论 MSCT-3D及DSA技术在此病的诊断、治疗中有重要的作用。
Objective To purpose Explore renal Arteriovenous fistula,clinical and imaging findings of diagnosis and treatment,improve the level of intervention.Methods A retrospective study after surgery or angiographic AVM 9 cases of patients with clinical and radiologic references,and intervention. Results MSCT-3D and DSA technology of arteriovenous fistula diagnosis is of important value,and provides basis for treatment,clinical effect of interventional therapy.Conclusion MSCT-3D and DSA technology in the diagnosis and treatment of plays an important role.
