肾动静脉畸形出血的介入诊断与治疗 被引量：4

摘要 肾动静脉畸形（R—AVM）临床上发病率较低（〈0．04％）．是导致无痛性肉眼血尿的重要原因之一。临床常经x线腹部平片（KUB）、静脉尿路造影（IVU）、B超、CT甚至MR等检查不能明确诊断，近年来随着血管性介入放射学的发展，数字减影血管造影技术已成功地应用于临床肾脏血管性病变的诊断与治疗。
