摘要
目的了解精神科护士职业倦怠的影响因素。方法采用护士职业倦怠量表、角色认知量表、问题解决评价问卷对183名精神科护士进行测评。结果精神科护士职业倦怠问卷的情绪耗竭因子得分为中度耗竭、去人格化因子得分为中度耗竭、低个人成就感因子得分高度耗竭。进一步相关和逐步回归分析均表明,职业倦怠量表的各个因子与角色认知和问题解决能力的各个因子相关密切,影响精神科护士情绪耗竭水平的因素依次是问题解决评价总分、接近-回避风格、角色冲突,总贡献率为15.2%;影响去人格化水平的因素依次是问题解决评价总分、角色模糊,总贡献率为22.7%;影响低个人成就感的因素依次是问题解决评价总分、角色冲突、工作年限、角色模糊,总贡献率为21.2%。结论充分提高个体的角色认知能力和解决问题能力,可以作为预防精神科护士职业倦怠的一个有效策略。
Objective To analyze the influential factors of job burnout among mental health care nurses. Methods 183 mental health care nurses were evaluated by scale of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Role Perceive Scale and Problem Solving Inventory(PSI). Results The scores of enaotional exhaustion and depersonalization were in middlelevel, and the scores of personal accomplishrnent was high. Regression analyses indicated that there were significant correlation between every factor of job burnout and role perceive or problem solving competence. The factors influence enaotional exhaustion are scores of PSi,Approach-Avoidance Style and role conflict, accounting for 15.2%. The factors influence depersonalization are scores of PSI and role ambiguity, accounting for 22.7 %. The factors influence personal accomplishment are scores of PSI, role conflict, working years and role ambiguity accounting for 21.2 %. Conclusion Improving the ability of role perceive and problem solving could prevent the burnout of mental health care nurses effectively.
