摘要
体格检查实践教学质量是保障医学生掌握扎实的临床查体基本技能的基础和关键。本文针对体格检查实践教学的特点和教学要求,分析了影响其教学效果的相关因素,提出通过构建理论和实践有机融合、以"教"、"学"双层面教学内容高度统一为核心的分层次序贯式教学模式,明显提升了体格检查实践教学质量,此举措对于培养医学生全面、系统、规范的查体基本功具有非常重要的现实意义。
The quality of practice teaching in physical examination is the basis and key to ensuring students to have a good command of clinical basic skills for physical examination. In view of the features and teaching requirements of physical examination practice teaching, this article analyzes the related factors which affect the teaching outcomes and puts forward the methods of constructing a leveled and sequential teaching mode which combines theory and practice as well as unifies the teaching contents at the levels of both teachers and students. It has obviously raised the quality of practice teaching in physical examination and has a very remarkable significance in cultivating medical students＇ comprehensive, systematic and standard basic clinical skills of physical examination.
