摘要
研究一流大学建设的思路和方法,引入＂替代增长＂的概念,强调注重效益、加强合作、改变资金的使用方法、政府在体制上给予支持等来替代过去只追求速度、扩大规模、单干等不合理的做法,才能使建设一流大学取得更好的效果。
Introducing the idea of ＂Increase being replaced＂ to study the thought and method of constructing the first-class universities is very important.The old unreasonable method of seeking the speed,expanding the scale and working on one＇s own should be replaced by emphasizing to pay attention to benefit,strengthening cooperation,changing the using way of funds,and giving the system support by the government.Thus,the better effect can be obtained for the construction of the first-class universities.
