摘要
对转隶高校背景下实验室建设和管理问题进行了探讨,结合吉林大学农学部的实际情况,从思想认识、实验室管理改革、实验室建设的科学化与规范化3方面进行了论证和分析,进而提出了转隶高校实验室建设和管理优化的对策建议。
This paper focuses on laboratory building and management of transferred colleges and universities.And based on the condition of Heping campus of Jilin University,the paper mainly discusses the laboratory management strategies of transferred colleges and universities on ideology,reform and formalization.
