摘要
针对国产修井机设计中采用传统静态设计方法和对修井机动态特性分析较少等问题,以国产XJ350修井机为研究对象,采用ADAMS机械系统动力学自动分析软件,建立了修井机起升系统在起升和下钻过程中的动力学仿真模型。按照ADAMS仿真算法,对不同井深下以不同挡速起升和下钻时修井机起升系统的承载状况作了分析,得到起升系统中传动轴、大锥齿轮轴、滚筒轴。水刹车轴、钢丝绳和吊环等构件的载荷曲线和动载系数。研究分析表明,仿真试验结果与以往有关试验结果相比,具有相同的变化规律,说明仿真分析结果是可靠的。但对此项研究尚须进一步加深。
In the light of the problems with the design of homemade workover rigs, by taking Model XJ35O workover rig as anobect of study, and by using ADAMS autoInahc analysis softWare for mechanical systems, the dyndric simulation medeIsfor the hoisting system in the coulse of hoisting and lowering of downhole tools are estabIished- By means of the ADAMSalgorithm, the load bearing conditions of the hoisting system working at various sPeeds under diffirent well depths are an-alyzed, and the load cul-ves and dyndric load coefficients of the meinbers of the hoisting system are obtained. The resultsof the simulation have the same variation pattems as the results of lelevant tests, and this means that the results of simu-lation is reliable.
