摘要
提出了一种基于虚拟仿真技术的硬度检测设备结构设计。建立了检测设备三维模型后,导入仿真软件ADAMS,并以它为工具从结构合理性、测量正确性及安全性进行分析模型。将理论与分析结果结合起来,并经过合理设计完成检测设备主要机构的设计。仿真结果表明该硬度检测设备具有良好的检测性能,目前已经投入实际工作中。
Structure optimization of hardness testing device based on virtual design has been presented. 3D model is set up to analyze its structure, accuracy and security by using the software of ADAMS. The result shows the method can be successfully applied to design. At present, it has been put into practice and obtained good effect.
