摘要
分析和研究了ZJ45J钻机起升动力学试验所获得的示波图及数据,推荐了可用于实际生产的参数。此外,还着重对钻机吊升机构和起升系统的起升动力学问题开展了研究,确立了多自由度的力学模型,建立了运动微分方程。运用斯.铁摩辛柯等人的理论求得了方程组的解析解及动载系数。最后利用电子计算机求得了运动方程的数值解及动载系数值。
Under the influence of the time-dependcnt fluctuation of drilling load on the bottom section of the drill stem, the drill stem might be lacking of stability and taken to wide-amplitude bending vibration. Diffcrential cquations for the lateral vibration of the stern are presented in the article, and then the dynamically unstable regions and their distinguishing features are determined. And next, the author points out the widest and most critical unstable region. In the course of drilling performance, dynamically unstable regions should be kept away by changing the drilling load and/or the rotating speed of the rotary table. And drill stem dcstabilization can also be avoided by selecting proper drill stem asscmbly.
