摘要
筛选生防菌共436株,有生防性能71株,占16.3%,抑菌效果较好8株,占1.8%,能快速高命中率的获得具有防病效果好、抑菌谱广的生防菌株。内生菌AF-67与Fusarium oxysporum共培养时,能使其菌丝体及其分生孢子生长明显畸变。经16S rDNA基因序列分析,AF-67被初步鉴定为Bacillus amyloliquefaciens。
In this study, the improved traditional screening methods could quickly obtain strains which showed antagonistic activity against soybean root rot and broad antagonistic spectrum. The activity of 436 strains assayed, 16.3% of them showed antagonistic activity against F. oxysporum f. sp. soybean and one of them, strain AF67 isolated from soybean roots was the best. Co-culture with Fusarium oxysporum, mycelium and conidia were evident distortion. Based on the sequence of 16S rDNA, strain AF67 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
