摘要
介绍了绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chrorionic gonadotropin,HCG)检验药盒的组成以及使用方法。采用10分针定性测定法对1550份尿液进行检查,结果表明:阳性诊断率为99.63%,阴性诊断率为100%。本法与血放免及尿乳胶凝集抑制法比较,该法检测较为简便、可靠、灵敏,且无需特殊设备,可成为临床诊断早孕的常规方法。HCG不仅可作为判断妊娠的依据,而且可作为测定胎盘功能的指标,也可用于预测先兆流产,帮助宫外孕的诊断,以及对葡萄胎及绒毛膜上皮癌的诊断及随访。
The composition and application of the HCG monoclonal antibody enzyme linked assay box is described.10-minutes-visual assays done for 1 550 urine specimens gave a positive diagnostic accuracy of 99.63% with a negative diagnostic accuracy of 100%.The method is more reliable, more accurate and easier to perform than(?)radio-immuno assay and urine gel agglutionation inhibition assay.It does not require special equipment(s)and may be regarded as an effective regular clinical means for diagnosis of early pregnancy.HCG can also be used as a test of the placenta function.Besides,it also helps to predict threatened abortion and serves to diagnose ectopic pregnancy as well as hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma and good for follow-up studies.
