摘要
于体外器官培养的初级绒毛组织培养液中加入不同剂量马鞭草乙醇提取液,马鞭草的终浓度分别是12.5,25,50g/L。加药24h,测定每毫克绒毛组织分泌HCG的累积量:50g/L马鞭草组与对照组绒毛组织作透射电镜观察。结果:加药组每毫克绒毛组织分泌HCG的累积量均明显小于对照组(P均<0.001)。超微结构显示:加药组合体滋养层细胞微绒毛减少,溶酶体及髓样小体增多,滑面内质网极度扩张,胞质呈空泡状,核染色质聚集于核膜下,核中央电子密度降低。故马鞭草可直接损伤滋养层细胞超微结构。
Treatment of organ cultured in vitro with verbana officinalis caused significant inhibition of HCG secretion of trophoblast.Also,Verbena officinalis sould injuured the ultrastructure of syncytiatrophoblast directly:The microvilli of syncytiatrophoblast decreased. The lysosomes and myelin bodys increased.The cisternae of smooth endoplasic retieulum was so enlarged that the cytoplasm vacuolarly changed.Chromatin condensed below nuclear membrane so that electron-dencity of central areas of the nuclei decreased.It was concluded that Verbena Officinalis could directly injure the ultrastructure of trophoblast and inhibit the HCG secretion.
