阿托伐他汀对改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和CRP的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和CRP的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组按常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀,观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化水平。结果①阿托伐他汀组治疗后LDL-C及CRP较治疗前明显降低,LVEDD也明显减小。②对照组LVEDD治疗后较治疗前明显减小。③治疗后阿托伐他汀组与对照组比较,LDL-C、LVEDD及CRP均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀可改善心肌缺血和缺氧,保存或改善冠心病患者的心脏功能,减少和延缓心力衰竭的发生和发展,值得临床推广和应用。
