摘要
医务服务项目收费标准是卫生服务价值的一种度量标记，是服务价值尺度的货币表现。对于制止乱收费起到了约束作用，同时对医疗卫生单位来讲是重要的补偿渠道。制定收费标准的适当与否、调整收费标准的速度与幅度是否适宜，直接影响了医疗服务项目的服务质量。本文分析了１２个省份的１１个具有代表性的服务项目目前正在执行的收费标准，结果表明：收费标准存在制定标准的时间差异，即制定的时间越早，收费标准水平越低；收费标准存在地区差异，即经济发达地区收费标准相对较高。
Abstract Hospital charge standard for medical service items is a kind of weighing yardsticks of health service values expressed as currency or money,which plays a restraining role in stopping unfair charges,and whick also is an important compensating financial channel for the health service unit.Wether the charge standard is drawn up reasonable or not,or whether its adjusting speed and range is suitable or not,that will directly influence the service quality of the medical service items.In this article the executing charge standards of 11 representative service items in hospitals of 12 provinces were analyged and the results indicated that there exists time difference for laying down the charge standards of the items,i.e.,the earlier they were formulated the lower the level of charge standards;and there also exists regional difference,i.e.,the charge standards in the developed districts are relatively higher than that in the less developed districts.
