摘要
医疗服务项目的成本成为价格制定的基础,但目前尚没有科学可观的方法将成本以阶梯分摊的形式分摊到医疗服务项目中。模糊综合评价法适用于评价指标的完成水平高低(或优劣)边界不清晰的情况,医疗服务项目成本的阶梯分摊在很多情况下属于模糊评判。因此,适用模糊综合评价法。以五大成本要素为主要成本内含,即劳务价值、技术风险、固定资产折旧、消耗性用品、项目工作时间长短,介绍了模糊综合评价方法的步骤、分析路径及结果回代和查找原因;讨论了模糊综合评价的作用及在具体组织实施过程中易出现的问题。
Fuzzy multiple evaluation methodology is used for the situation that the extend and level of the duty finishing can't be determined clearly.The evaluation of health service items cost and its administration is suitable for this fuzzy methodology.It is calculated via step-down methodology.In this thesis,firstly the data for evaluation of 5 cost elements include labor cost,technology risk,fixed assiets depreciation cost,consime cost,and wordking time were seleted;secondly the procedure of fuzzy evaluation and the analysis pathway and the searching methodology of outcome for disadvantageous reason was introduced;finally the function of fuzzy mulitple evaluation and the detailed implementation was discussed.
