摘要
从政府执行力的生长机理出发,提出地方政府执行力的评价体系及计算公式。在问卷分析的基础上,通过一系列的推算过程,分别对地方政府执行力评价体系中的各相关指标的权重数赋值,并采用SPSS统计软件的信度检验方法和效度检验方法对本评价体系的相关指标进行了检验。
From the growth Mechanism of the government executive ability, this paper built up the Evaluation system of the Local Government Executive ability. Also on the basis of investigation and calculation, this paper presents the different proportion of the index in the evaluation system. Meanwhile this paper also carries out the test on the consistent reliability and validity, on the evaluation system with the help of SPSS statistic software.
