摘要
公示语在任何时候任何社会都不可或缺,但在我国,从官方到民间,对其规范化的重视程度并不见得到位。由此联想到正在筹备的广州亚运会及上海的世博会,笔者有感而发,拟就公示语的社会属性、语言属性以及翻译角度等方面谈谈个人看法。
Public signs and their standardization have not received due research attention in China. But it is now fast becoming an urgent problem now that the Asian Games and World Expo are approaching. The paper probes into social and linguistic attributes of public signs and strategies of their translation.
