基于蒙特卡洛数值模拟的圆弧齿轮接触疲劳可靠性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以圆弧齿轮为研究对象,仅从引起齿面磨损的接触应力方向出发,利用蒙特卡罗法模拟其接触应力和接触强度的分布规律,结合χ2检验表明其接触应力服从正态分布,接触疲劳强度服从对数正态分布,进而模拟圆弧齿轮的接触疲劳可靠度,通过模拟得出可靠度误差随着模拟次数的增加而逐渐减小的结论。此外通过对其随机参数进行敏感性分析,可知接触应力的均值对圆弧齿轮的接触疲劳可靠度的影响较大,在其可靠性设计中要加以重视。 Circular arc gear is investigated, the contact fatigue stress of bring about gear abrasion will be merely investigated in this paper. Monte-Carlo method was applied to simulate the distribution of the contact fatigue stress and intension of circular arc gear, According to the analysis, the contact fatigue stress of circular arc gear submitted the normal distribution, the contact fatigue intension of circular arc gear submitted the logarithm normal distribution and through the simulation, it indicated that the Reliability error was reduce with the increase of simulation times. Through the sensitivity analysis of random parameters, the result indicated that the affection of mean is remarkable to the reliability of the circular arc gear. which should be pay attention to in the design of reliability.
