基于Monte Carlo的齿轮弯曲疲劳可靠性分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用Monte Carlo法确定了齿轮弯曲疲劳应力分布与强度分布,并对弯曲疲劳可靠度进行了模拟,克服了齿轮等重要零部件的小样本瓶颈问题,分析可知,齿轮弯曲疲劳应力服从正态分布,弯曲疲劳强度服从对数正态分布;齿轮弯曲疲劳的可靠度误差随着模拟次数的增加而逐渐减小,模拟次数在104以上可靠度趋于稳定。 Gear bending fatigue stress distribution and strength distribution is given based on Monte Carlo and gear bending fatigue reliability is simulated. According to the reliability analysis results, the gear bending fatigue stress submits normal distribution and strength distribution obeys lognormal; gear bending fatigue reliability error reduces with increase in simulation time and the result tends to a steady value when simulation times exceed 10 000.
