摘要 基于机械可靠性理论及蒙特卡罗法原理,结合ANSYS软件的方法,以压力容器为研究对象进行可靠性分析,依据压力容器实际工况,判定该研究对象的设计参数服从正态分布,通过对输出变量进行灵敏度计算与模拟实验,结果表明:模拟次数越多,可靠度误差越小;且对其可靠性影响的主要因素是压力容器的外径。 Based on the mechanical reliability theory and the principle of Monte Carlo method, and with the ANSYS software, by taking pressure vessels as study object, the reliability analysis was conducted, and according to actual working condition, the study objeet's design parameters were indentified as submitting to normal distribution, through the sensitivity of output variables was calculated, the result demonstrated that, simulation times were more, the reliability error was smaller, and the main factor of affecting its reliability was the outside diameter of pressure vessel.
