摘要
分析和归纳了我国高校高水平运动队所谓的办队"优势",发现这些"优势"被各种客观或主观条件所限制,在办队过程中未能充分体现,甚至有些根本不存在,而高校对由此引发的问题没有给予足够的重视,致使运动队竞技水平提升缓慢。希望通过揭示这一现状,为我国高校高水平运动队健康发展提供参考。
The article summarized and analyzed the high-level sports teams in universities of so-called ＂ advantage＂, finding these ＂advantages＂ were limited by various objective or subjective conditions, and do not be fully reflected in the process of forming the teams, even some no-existed. But the universities don＇t give enough attention about the problem, it leads to the team level ascending slowly. This article aims at revealing the situation in Chinese universities, for the healthy development of high level sport teams to provide the reference.
