摘要
本文从我国科技体制改革的目标和内容入手 ,分析了科技体制改革对体育科技发展的影响 ,认为科技体制改革在一定程度上拓宽了体育科技经费的投入渠道 ,提高体育科技产出的效益 ,加速了体育科技成果的转化 ,造成了改革开放初期形成的竞技体育与社会体育研究领域不平衡的现象开始减弱 ,市场价值高与市场价值低的项目的研究难以平衡的趋势正逐步加强。
This thesis is to analyze the effect on the development of science technology of sports caused by reform of science technology system, starting with the goal and content of our reform of science technology system. It says that, to some extent, reform of science technology enlarges the investing fields of sports science finance, improves the effective of sports science products and speeds up the transformation of achievement in science and technology of sports, so that it diminishes the tendency of the unbalanced study in the fields of athletic sports and social sports which was formed at the beginning of our“reform and open-door policy”practice and it enhances the same tendency in the fields of items with high or low market value.
