摘要
用乙醚萃取蓖麻籽油,油脂皂化后的脂肪酸采用三氟化硼-甲醇溶液进行甲酯化.利用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分离、鉴定出8种脂肪酸,其主要脂肪酸为蓖麻油酸66.03%、油酸8.54%、棕榈酸7.77%和亚油酸6.64%.结果表明,蓖麻籽油不饱和脂肪酸高达88.5%,有较好的开发利用前景.
Ethylether was used to extract castor seed oil and boron fluoride-methanol solution was used to methylesterify the saponified fatty acids. 8 fatty acids were isolated and identified by GC-MS, majorly, ricinoleic acid (66.03%), oleic acid(8.54% ), palmitic acid(7.77% ) and linoleic acid(6.64% ). The results showed that the content of unsaturated fat acids were 88.5%, which worth being developed and utilized
