蓖麻油水解皂化制备甘油工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 开展了蓖麻油碱水解制备甘油的方法研究,通过单因素和正交实验得出其最佳工艺条件是:蓖麻油与NaOH的质量比为3∶5,皂化时间为60min,皂化温度为120℃。甘油含量可稳定在0.40g/mL左右。
