蓖麻籽压榨制油过程中的压缩比与残油率曲线拟合

摘要 研究了蓖麻籽压榨过程中油料自身特性及压榨方式等要素对压榨效果的影响,结果表明:采用单螺旋压榨和液压压榨这两种方式均可以实现对蓖麻籽油的提取。单纯从降低饼残油率的角度考虑,采用单螺旋压榨法更有优势。螺旋压榨前,蓖麻籽是否进行破碎化预处理对压榨后的饼残油率影响不大。 Effects of the oilseeds forms and the pressing ways were studied in pressing of castor beans.The results showed that castor oil could be obtained by using a single screw press or hydraulic press.Aiming at the lower residual oil of cake,the single screw press has more advantages.Before entering the screw press,whether the castor seed is pretrea-ted to fine particles or not has little effect on the residual oil of cake.
