摘要
通过对窖泥复合功能菌的组合、窖泥复合功能菌的培养基、窖泥复合功能菌的生化功能、窖泥复合功能菌的培养工艺以及窖泥复合功能菌的应用进行研究,成功解决了退化窖泥转变为优质窖泥速度缓慢的难题,取得了良好的经济效益。
Through the combination of the cellar mud complex functional microorganism, the culture medium, the biochemical function, cultural technology and application were studies. The problem of the slow conversion rate of deteriorating mud to high quality one was solved, and the good economic benefit was obtained.
