高压细水雾灭火系统抑制地铁列车车厢火灾的有效性 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究地铁列车车厢火灾的特性参数,为高压细水雾灭火系统在地铁列车车厢中的实际应用提供理论依据.方法采用火灾动力学模拟软件FDS(Fire Dynam ic Simulator),以列车车厢为研究对象,模拟自然通风条件下,喷头间距分别为3.5 m和4.0 m,喷头流量为8 L/m in、11 L/m in、13 L/m in和15 L/m in的细水雾灭火效果.结果分析车厢火灾热释放速率、车厢内温度和CO2体积分数变化曲线,得出喷头间距3.5 m的临界流量为11 L/m in,喷头间距4.0m的临界流量为13 L/m in.结论细水雾喷头的流量对灭火有效性的影响显著,应使细水雾喷头的工作流量等于临界流量,以保证最少的用水量和最佳的灭火效果. The temperature field and the heat release rate of the metro carriage were simulated and analyzed, and the theory basis was discussed for the practical use of the high-pressure water mist fire protection system in carriage of the subway train. FDS( Fire Dynamic Simulator)was used to simulate the fire extinguish effect based on different nozzles' spaces and different flow rate of single nozzle, say, nozzles' spaces were 3.5 m and 4.0 m, whose flow-rates were 8 L/min, 11 L/min, 13 L/min and 15 L/rain respectively. The curves of HRR, as well as the average temperature and CO2 concentration about fire resources were observed and analyzed. The conclusion is that the critical flow-rate of 3.5 m space between is 11L/min and the critical flow- rate of 4 m space between is 13 L/min. Also ,the flow-rate of water mist nozzles is prominent to the effectiveness of fire suppression. As a result, in order to save water and have the best effect of the suppression, we should make the flow-rate of water mist nozzles equal the critical flow-rate.
