摘要
量化学术评价体系的出台使教育期刊的学术评价功能无限放大,这使我们必须重新反思教育学术期刊的学术评价功能。在学术评价功能的发挥上,教育学术期刊具有复杂性和间接性的特点,因此不能将教育学术期刊的学术评价功能简单化,将其直接等同于对作者学术水平的评价。
