摘要
介绍了一些选择性和鉴别性培养基的可靠性,它们可对益生菌酸奶中的双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌等进行精确计数。目前,除了LC琼脂可以比较可靠地选择性计数干酪乳杆菌之外,还没有培养基能对酸奶中的其他益生菌提供可靠的选择性计数,由此研制用于精确计数酸奶中的益生菌的可靠培养基是十分需要的。此外,文中还简要介绍了酸奶中常见益生菌计数方法的研究动态。
In the paper, some selective and differential media were introduced for their reliability to provide accurate counts of Bifidobacterium spp. , Lactobacillus acidophilus and L. casei from probiotic yoghurts. Except for LC agar which can selectively enumerate L. casei, no selective or differential medium can provide reliable counts of probiotics in all yoghurts at present. Hence,it is very necessary to develop more reliable media to accurately enumerate probiotics in yoghurts. In additition, the status of enumeration method was also briefly described in the paper.
