摘要 双歧杆菌是一种重要的益生菌。该文结合实验室已有的相关研究成果,以属于双歧因子的功能性糖类为重点,就双歧杆菌对糖类的利用和代谢的最新研究成果与动态进行综述,旨在为双歧杆菌、双歧因子及其他相关制品的研究与开发提供借鉴。 Bifidobacterium is an important probiotics. On the basis of research results in lab, the latest research results and trends about the unitization and metabolism of saccharides by Bifidobactefium, mainly about functional saccharides belonging to bifidus factors, were reviewed.. The aim of this paper was to provide the theoretical basis for the investigation and development of Bifidobactefium, bifidus factors and the related products.
