摘要 简介糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制,综述其药物治疗研究进展。糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一。随着对糖尿病视网膜病变发病机制的深入研究,目前已开发出多种药物用于防治糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和进展,包括醛糖还原酶抑制剂、蛋白非酶糖基化终末产物抑制剂、蛋白激酶C抑制剂、血管内皮生长因子抑制剂、抗氧化剂以及糖皮质激素等。 The pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy was have been developed at present, including aldose reductase inhibitor, protein kinase C inhibitor, vascular endothelial briefly introduced. And the therapies which inhibitor, advanced glycation end products growth factor inhibitor, antioxidants, and cortico- steroids were reviewed. Diabetic retinopathy, the common complication of diabetes mellitus, is the leading cause of blindness. Researchers have directed their efforts towards better understanding of the specific biological and chemical changes occurring in diabetic retinopathy to develop more targeted drug intervention and treatment strategies.
