密闭式钻井液地面分离系统技术发展现状分析 被引量:7

ANALYSIS OF STATE-OF-THE-ART OF DRILLING FLUID CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM

摘要 密闭式钻井液循环分离系统(密闭系统)是在含硫地层实施欠平衡钻井作业所必配的装备,目前国内还无该类系统。文章介绍了国外使用的密闭系统配置方式和流程原理,明确了它们的应用范围和技术特点。在此基础上,阐述了国内开发密闭系统的必要性,并建议尽快对该系统的装备及工艺进行研究,以满足含硫地层欠平衡钻井工艺的需要。 Drilling fluid closed-loop system(closed-loop system)is an important equipment for implementation underbalanced drilling in sour formation,but there is not such system in China at present.The paper described collocation method and process principle of closed-loop system used by foreign company,and defined their scope of application and technical features.On this foundation,the necessity of development closed-loop system in China was expounded,and the research of equipment and technology for closed-loop system was recommended to meet the needs of underbalanced drilling in sour formation.
