涪陵焦石坝含硫地层泡沫钻井试验

摘要 借鉴钻井液除硫方法,首次提出在含硫地层使用防硫泡沫钻井的设想。研究防硫泡沫配方及配伍性,改进防硫泡沫施工工艺,强化地面硫化氢的监测和防硫措施,并制定应急预案。在涪陵焦石坝成功试验3口井,安全钻穿含硫地层,地面未检测到硫化氢,拓宽了气体钻井技术的应用领域。 The idea for drilling with desulfurization foam in sulfur formation was proposed for the first time by using the method of desulfurization in drilling fluid.The formula and compatibility of anti-sulfurization foam were studied and its technology was improved,the monitoring for H2S and measures for sulfur removing were strengthened,and meanwhile the emergency programs were also made.This technology is used successfully for well test in 3 wells in Jiaoshiba Block of Fuling Area.A sulfur formation is safely drilled,and H2S is not monitored on surface.It expands the application field of gas drilling technology.
