摘要
随着油气勘探开发的不断深入以及控压钻井、随钻测井、导向钻井等技术的不断发展,现有的钻井液脉冲因数据传输速率慢,电磁波数据传输距离受到地层特性限制已不能满足技术发展的要求,连续波井筒数据传输技术长期为斯伦贝谢公司等一两家国外跨国公司垄断,成为制约国内井筒数据传输技术发展的瓶颈之一。阐述了连续波随钻测量系统的构成及工作原理,分析了连续波信号传输的影响因素及实现过程中的技术难点和解决方法,研究结果表明在国内技术条件下连续波井筒数据传输技术是可行的。
With the progress of exploration and production activities as well as further development in controlled pressure drill-ing,DLWD and navigation drilling,the existing data transmission means are behind the times.For instance,data transmission rate by mud pulse is too slow,and transmission distance by electromagnetic wave is restricted by formation characteristics.The technology of borehole data transmission by continuous wave was monopolized by foreign transnational corporations such as Schlumberger,which restricted domestic development in borehole data transmission.This paper describes the structure and operating principle of MWD sys-tem by continuous wave,and analyzes the effect factors of data transmission by continuous wave as well as difficulties and settlement in practice.The results demonstrate the feasibility of borehole data transmission by continuous wave.
