摘要
为了解参加客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的医学生和教师对OSCE的评价,选取参加OSCE考试的284名将要实习的临床本科医学生和OSCE主考教师24名,对有关OSCE考试的设计与组织、质量和效能进行调查。87.5%的教师认为OSCE的考站设置较传统技能操作考试更合理,95.1%学生和100.0%教师认为SP比较真实地模拟了"病人",绝大多数学生和教师认为OSCE能提高学生的临床能力。参加OSCE考试的多数临床本科生和教师对此次OSCE的设计与组织、质量和效能较满意。
To find out the evaluation of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) by medical students and teachers involved, we enrolled 24 teachers in charge of the exam and 284 medical undergraduates who took the exam and were going to start their internship. The design and organization, as well as the quality and efficiency of OSCE were studied. 87.5% of the teachers thought that the setup of the OSCE stage was more reasonable than the traditional skill-operating test. 95.1% of the students and 100.0% of the teachers thought that standardized patients closely simulated real patients. The majority of the students and teachers thought that OSCE could improve students' clinical abilities, and were satisfied with the organization and quality of OSCE.
