摘要
以纺织品混纺比的优化和设计为主要研究内容,应用遗传算法进行了纺织品设计的研究.通过研究混纺比对混纺纱线及织物性能的影响,确定纱线及织物性能与纤维混纺比的关系,并由此建立纺织品结构与功能的数学模型.应用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱进行计算和模型的求解,确定使纺织品整体功能最优化的混纺比方案,采用该方案进行纺纱、织造,并对产品进行性能测试与评价.结果表明,将遗传算法用于纺织品设计,弥补了传统设计的片面性和随意性,实现了由经验设计向科学设计的转变.
The method of genetic algorithms is introduced into textile design and blending textiles are employed as an example in this research. The relationship between blending ratio and textile characters is studied and then models are established through data fitting by using data analysis and graphing software. The optimum scheme is acquired by calculation via MATLAB genetic algorithms toolbox. Then the textiles are produced through spinning and weaving according to the optimum scheme. The samples produced with the designed parameter are measured to test the result of calculation and design. The results show that the unilateralism and random in traditional design are compensated by the application of genetic algorithms, and the change from experiential design to scientific design is realized.
