摘要
将人工智能技术与纺织各领域相结合,利用计算机视觉技术,使用深度学习算法搭建定制化和个性化以图搜图引擎;基于机器视觉开发经编针织物疵点在线检测系统以及智能验布系统;借助自然语言处理进行个性化纺织专业教育;利用机器学习算法开发智能CAD、纺织面料评级与分类、生产管理以及服装面料图案设计的应用,进行流行趋势预测以及服装设计;工业机器人的发展实现了筒子纱染色的数字化自动生产。人工智能将作为战略性技术引领纺织行业发展,带动提高纺织各领域智能化水平,进而带来深远的变革。
A custom and personalized image search engine was built by combining artificial intelligence technology with various fields of textiles and using computer vision technology and deep learning algorithms.The online detection system for warp knitted fabric defects and intelligent cloth inspection system were developed based on machine vision.Natural language processing was used for personalized textile professional education.The machine learning algorithm was utilized to develop intelligent CAD,textile fabric rating and classification,production management,and clothing fabric pattern design applications for fashion trend prediction and clothing design.The development of industrial robots has realized the digital automatic production of cheese dyeing.Artificial intelligence,as a strategic technology,will lead the development of the textile industry,promote the improvement of intelligence level in various fields of textiles,and then bring about profound changes.
